Refund & Return Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hakimpsycho3@gmail.com and provide clear photos of the issue.
After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

Please note that customers are not required to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested by our support team.
Returns
We generally do not accept returns of physical products once they have been delivered.

Any item sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
